Horrible Customer Service: Pet died 48 hours after purchasing
I did not even get to say a word before I was told that there was nothing wrong with it and it was my fault
Not one question about what happen, how it was keep or any suggestion have what I could have done incorrectly
I guess they were so afraid of giving a refund, that they had no interest in actually helping
I can understand a 24-hour return policy, kind of ridiculous, but your policy
So, I am not getting my $ back, whatever
But was ready to replace, get new set up or whatever was needed, but since I was not give the time of day, just when elsewhere
Would suggest you do the same
