ANIMAL NEGLECT!!!! Please Report! The conditions these animals suffer in are atrocious; 4 dogs squeezed into a 3' x 1' cage, dead fish floating in tanks, ammonia odor so strong you might pass out,

Dirty, smelly, cruel, unsanitary, did I say DIRTY? Took my niece in to see the puppies and almost cried. The poor animals barely have room to turn around. 4 different puppies had diarrhea in the 20 minutes we watched them. There are animals crammed in every nook and cranny of the store and none of them appear healthy or comfortable. Pretty horrifying.

I bought a bulldog puppy there almost a year ago and I couldn't be more pleased. The service was great and the staff was really knowledgeable about English Bulldogs which surprised me. I was able to see pictures of both the parents and meet the mom one morning. He and his parents are AKC certified. Even though they are kept in smaller cages, i was happy to learn that they get playtime in a back room numerous times a day. Super happy with my decision.

This has long been my favorite pet shop, although I don't always go there anymore because my chinchilla likes a brand they don't carry. The only thing I would change would be improving the selection of supplies. The animals are really high quality and the staff can tell you anything about caring for them. I've gotten several rats, a chinchilla, and a dog from this shop over the last ten years and they've all come home well-socialized, happy, and healthy.
