        I've been in this location several times. The are courteous and the store is clean and well organized. Everything your pet needs.

        Awesome

        Since I got my dog, Petsmart has been the only place where I have taken Jazmine. Jazmine love being groomed at Petsmart and I enjoy taking her. the staff is always friendly and willing to help with making sure I choose the right food or toys for my dog.

        Horrible!!!

        Shopping at this location since over a year, and usually find what I need. Nevertheless, as in any other store, merchandise might break or unfit for use. What you would usually do is bring it back and either exchange it or ask for a refund. NOT AT THIS STORE!!! Management showed no sense or capability to understand the most simple scenario, and refused to provide an in-store exchange, since product "could not be resold". Management appeared totally incompetent, and I am surprised that a corporation like Petsmart would employ this kind of staff. Luckily there are plenty of alternatives...

        THE PETSMART IN BIRMINGHAM ALABAMA IS WONDERFUL, I TOO WOULD BE UPSET ABOUT WASTING TIME ON MY LUNCH HOUR AND MY PET'S GROOMING NOT BEING WHAT IT SHOULD BE- COMPLAIN COMPLAIN COMPLAIN- THAT'S WHAT I WOULD DO AND CONTACT THEIR HOME OFFICE IF THEY ARE NOT NOTIFIED HOW ARE THEY TO HOW WHAT POOR SERVICE THEY ARE PROVIDING- WHO KNOWS MAYBE YOU MAY RECEIVE A FREE GROOMING OR A COUPON FOR FREE MERCHANDISE!
