Great customer service. Being new to guns it can be intimidating stepping into the sport. Everyone that I've spoken with at the Tackle Box has been insightful, engaging and willing to take time to educate me on the product and what I should know as a rookie. It's obvious the staff enjoy what they do and appreciate the environment they work in. I'm keeping my business local with the experts at the Tackle Box!

one of my favorites for low priced quality gear and great customer service

I placed a special Order for a gun clip on 19 Jan 2013 and waited for 10 weeks with no delivery and multiple excuses as to why it was taking so long. After several personal visits to the store and listening to multiple excuses as to why it was taking so long, I asked for and received a refund. That day I went home, ordered the clip on the Internet directly from the manufacturer and received the clip in 7 days even using the non-priority shipping option. Not sure why Tackle Box could not get the same or similar service other than their lack of caring since I had already made my larger purchase. Not impressed with their customer Service and have made my last purchase from them.
