I had been a long time customer of this store, and although they are a bit pricey the sales staff was always helpful and nice, and they had what I needed.

However, the owner was extremely rude and insulting in a conversation about the return of a defective product. He made the implication that I was lying about the whole thing, and became very belligerent and insulting. I was bewildered, upset and angry. I know some people try to cheat stores but that is not me. The fact that he treats long time customers like that was especially bewildering and upsetting.

After 10+ years going there I will never be back.
