Massage therapy modalities offered include: deep tissue, neuromuscular treatment work, Swedish, integrative, prenatal, postpartum, pre and post surgery, and on-site massage, and can incorporate principles from Reiki and the Japanese form of bodywork called Zen Shiatsu. We also bill for auto accident and work comp claims. The office is shared with a wonderful chiropractor, acupuncturist, and Anat Baniel practitioner to enhance your wellness, decrease stress, and get out of pain. We are your one-stop shop! Skin to Soul Holistic Massage and Wellness also offers self-care and wellness coaching, yoga, and creative empowerment programs and retreats.         Alana is amazing! I can't tell you how much I look forward to my regular massage with her. The environment that she has created is so inviting and very comfortable. I absolutely recommend Skin to Soul Holistic Massage and Wellness to everyone!
