        I bought a chinchilla from here, and it died within a week. Luckily, with their 14 day satisfaction guarantee, I got my money back. Not only that, but they also bought back everything that I had bought for the chin, including used food and even treats. I got every penny back, and they were apologetic about the chins death. Excellent customer service, not sure if they sold her to me sick or she couldn't adjust to my apartment. Either way, they handled it very well.
