I am a regular customer who always spend atlease $150 plus each time I go there. This time I spen $250 I refill my tanks with fish. So they have a policy that you can take back the fish in 3 days once the dead. Went there on Sat the mon was holiday. I went in Thurs on the third day .. u guy as front was f... Rude and said he not give me an exchange or anything. And he don't care . That's fuck up for a place I always spend my money.. I think I was unfairly treated.. there is only one lady there that have good customer service..

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS PET STORE! I was told by many people to avoid this shop but they had a specific pet that wasn't being sold anywhere else in town. I had no problem with the employees there. They were kind and helpful but the problem was the manager. He was inconsistent and got angry when I asked if I could bring my animal to the vet to make sure they were healthy. My mom is a veterinarian and I know many horror stories that can happen when buying a new pet, so I just wanted to be safe. My boyfriend and I were told many times that we could return the pet if we weren't happy. We ended up wanting to return it but when we walking in (less than 24 hours after we bought it) we were treated terribly and told there were no returns. To be fair it did say that on the receipt but as a customer I believe we should be informed by the MANAGER correctly when we purchased our item. I have lost over $300 from this shop. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!

The store has lots of cool stuff. It needs some cleaning up for sure, mainly the fish tanks and where they sell fish and dog supplies. One of the owner needs to learn how to talk to employees and customers. What I mean by that is he like swear in front of every one, its rude and disrespectful. Other than that the store is looking good.

These guys know their stuff! Friendly and they have a ton of animals. They have great prices but the main thing is they know how to take care of pets. They helped me with my snake and saved me a huge vet bill. I found these guys from a friend of mine and they helped him out with his dog. They know about nutrition and preventive maintenance.
