PetSmart

Terrible place. I left my dog there to be groomed after which within the hour I received a call that she apparently bit the groomer. First off, my dog does not bite unless someone hurts her or torments her. Which we later noticed that she was limping. Second, I asked why they didn't put a snout guard on her so she won't bite, but they gave no reply. In the end, my dog came out with half the job done. Her abdominal half groomed and her top left alone. The professional conduct at this Petsmart is pathetic. As I am sure that they encounter dozens of dogs a week, Petsmart marked my dog as vicious and threatened to call police and animal control. I only hope that you decide to groom your animal elsewhere. If you choose this Petsmart, expect half the job done and an injured dog.
