Founded in 1982, the Florida Railroad Museum's mission is to acquire, preserve and operate historic examples of Florida's railroad history. The museum's Ticket Office and Gift Shop is open Wednesday through Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM. Diesel train excursions operate on Saturdays and Sundays only. Our operating train equipment is not available for viewing during the week. Special events are scheduled throughout the year featuring themed train rides.
