        The store on Sherman in Muskegon,Michigan.....I LOVE shopping there,all of the employees are so nice and polite....and HAPPY...that makes it a pure pleasure to shop there. Stay w/the employees and manager that you have because you are doing it right.....I feel appreciated when I enter the store...GREAT customer service...THANK-YOU ...I will continue to shop here til forever....AWESOME prices too!!!!!

        big selection of toys for your pets but as soon as you walk in the store it smells like dirty animals. This petsmart has cats to adopt and as soon as you walk in the little cat room you want to leave because of the horrible smell - they really should clean more often or use baking soda or something. Those poor cats have such better smell than we do so it must be unbearable for them. i wanted to adopt them all just to get them out of there. I would not recommend this pet store just because of their lack of care for their animals.

        They are always willing to help you with all of your pets needs and their prices are always lower than other pet stores in the area.
