After experiencing a personal attack from a grooming employee we are no longer able to use this company. We are very concerned that your employees would be vindictive towards our animals. She has also asked all of her fellow employees to write harassing comments and personal attacks who are not involved in any way in the situation. We are unfortunately going to have to inform all of our friends of the caliber of people that you employ. This employee is detrimental to the future of your business. I hope that you take into consideration her actions towards your valuable customers. We would love for this to be resolved so that we can use PetSmart again with a peace of mind! We have tried desperately to work with her to resolve this matter peacefully but she will not work with us and continues to have coworkers and family harass us personally! We will continue to keep you posted if there are any changes or improvements with this situation.

Provided by SuperpagesI brought my Maltese in for grooming about a week ago. Apparently a new groomer was still leaning how to scissor for longer cuts. At least that is what they told me. She said there wasn't anyone there to help her but I could bring my dog back the next day and to ask for the manager, so I did. The manager didn't work the next day!! I was so mad but everyone makes mistakes. I asked a different girl when the manager would be in and it was the following day. I brought my dog back the following day and the manager groomed him. It was worst. She was full of excuses and they were all different. She was very unprofessional!!! Them she told me I needed to find a different groomer!! I had already paid $68 on my dog and it was a hack job. I could see someone new not knowing what to do, but the nerve of the manager was just too much.

Provided by SuperpagesI brought my Shih Ztsu 7 lb puppy (10 months) for a grooming. She has been groomed before with no problems. I bathe her weekly and brush her so she is not matted. When I brought her on the groomer said she was matted because she found a little ball the size of a small pea at her ear. Anyway I left her and asked for a puppy cut. When I got her back SHE WAS COMPLETELY SHAVED. Grrrr. Can you envision this kind of dog completely shaved? Hideous!! I will never take her there again.
