You ask for certain length of hair and get the complete opposite. I have never been so upset this was the worse grooming job ever! Instead of calling the customer and letting them know they can't do something they went ahead and did something that they were directed not to do. If no stars was possible I would have done so. If you still go here don't complain because you have been warned ahead of time.
