Petco

Have been a dedicated member of Petco for years. They recently just transferred this store up the street into a new shopping center. Went in yesterday expecting the usual excellent service- I was wrong. The store was tiny and cramped, you can't even get a cart down the aisle if other people are on it. There are only 2 cash registers compared to the usual 8. The employees seemed confused and mixed up my pal account with other people, and, after 20 minutes of waiting, told me that they could not give me this discount because there was no proof that I was a member. Not to mention this whole time they had left me there at the cash register, blocking every other person who needed to use it. Let's just say I won't be going back.
