Located on 23 acres, the Gilbert Stuart Birthplace and Museum contains the authentically restored and furnished 1750home and snuff mill where Gilbert Stuart was born. The Museum has the working Stuart snuff mill, an operating gristmill, fish ladder, millpond, nature trails, and colonial herb garden.
