        They always go out of their way to help, the staff is very helpful (knowledgeable) and friendly. The Manager of the store, "Lisa" is so kind and will go out of her way to make things write, she even went out of her way to get my dog food and then bring it too me at my house.

        I took my dog in for a full grooming, and only received the puppy groom, I asked twice for full grooming! But the worse part was my puppy Susie cut was so horrible that I will never go there again. They told us it would take four hours it took two. She was cut in some areas and missed in other . Never go back! My puppy was Susie I am cindy Loyd

        prices are high, but management and staff are super-helpful and clearly love pets. Happened to bring my puppy in on her first birthday, and when I told them it was her birthday...they gave her a little bag of treats (as a gift). Always helpful in discussing the pros/cons of products when I'm trying to choose. However, I have NOT tried the Grooming section, and the overall PETCO groomer comments (mostly negative from other sites) are a bit scary
