        Awesome store. My son loves going there. They are in a new location. On Trenton behind Clearview shopping center. More room than the old store. The staff was very helpful and let us stay past closing.

        Best Pet Store in New Orleans Area!!!

        These guys know their animals. What ever your looking for they have it here at a very low price. I recently brought a Desert Hairy Scorpion and I'll be getting another one from these guys next week. Overall great and friendly customer service. A+ KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS!!!!

        I highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for rare or different freshwater fish. 50 Fathoms gets multiple fish shipment weekly with always something new and rare. All size fish are available from tiny plecos to jumbo quapotes(Mags, Doviis, midas, etc.) Also a fully stocked selection of African Cichlids. Added bonus: they have reptiles, small animals, and even inverts such as tarantulas and scorpions. I love this place. Employees are knowledgable and usually helpful.
