What is Transitional Rehabilitation?

Transitional Rehabilitation™ is our comprehensive rehabilitation approach at Crystal Bluffs. This initiative takes advantage of our private rooms and specializes in short-stay recovery after surgery or other illness. A multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, physical and occupational therapists and speech language pathologists are able to provide highly personalized care that translates to a quicker recovery.

Crystal Bluffs offers a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation through our Transitional Rehabilitation™ programs. Faster recovery is achieved through highly personalized care by our  multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, physical and occupational therapists and speech language pathologists. We specialize in short-stay recovery after surgery or other illness. Patients appreciate the advantage of recovering in a private room and the 24/7 staff that is always there for assistance.

What are the Goals of Transitional Rehabilitation?

Our top priority with Transitional Rehabilitation™ patients is to provide a positive patient experience. While at Crystal Bluffs, our staff is focused on giving each patient the personalized and attentive care they deserve. Every team member strives to ensure that every aspect of  patient care exceeds expectations.

Another major goal for transitional rehabilitation is to help patients recover as quickly as possible, so that they can return home to as normal a life as possible. With 7 day a week rehab services, patients receive the intensive treatment they need to progress quickly and return to pre-surgical functioning.
