Rooms To Go

Don't go here!! I received awful customer service and got the run around when trying to get an answer about something. The store manager was sitting down when I was introduced to him and never stood up which I thought was very rude. He was very short with me and told me to call customer service with the questions I had. At this point the sales rep was still continuing to try to sell me the table I I was interested in which at this point I had already said I was not ready to buy...Before I even called customer service the sales rep proceeded to print out the cost and asked me where it would be shipped.



Customer service essentially told me the questions I had should be answered by the store manager or district manager. The store manager at this point wouldn't even come back and talk to me. He sent the sales rep back over to tell me to call customer service back and that he wouldn't give me the district manager's information. The sales rep proceeded to tell me the district manager is very busy and that he wouldn't speak to me anyway...



Needless to say I didn't buy or will never buy anything from this location. The simple fact of how disrespectful it is that the store manager wouldn't even address my concerns show how little they care about their customers. I was planning to spend at least $3,000 with rooms to go, however now there is no way I would trust they would take care of any future issues that could arise with my furniture...



My message for Rooms to Go: I hope you take action in regards to your poor customer service.. I found reviews all over the web about Several of your locations that were very poor. I also spoke with the BBB which told me that they have several complaints on your service as well. There are too many furniture companies out there for you all to be successful with your service as it stands now. I will be sure to make sure anyone I encounter looking for furniture does not use you all. I would not want them to have the very poor experience that I have. Good luck.
