Red Lobster

Me and three sons went to eat at the Irving location today after going to the water park , the waiter was a gentleman and very attentive . However I had left my entire wallet in the beach bag at my home 10 min away . I did have a copy on my phone of my debit card but they said they could not use it , I totally understood and apologized for the mishap . The manager Shelly was so ugly and rude and treated me horrible , this is the one and only time I've forgotten anything like this . I was so embarrassed how she treated us !!! I have worked and opened for a Darden store before and have never seen anything like this . We typically go to the Red Lobster off 121 near Euless I highly recommend driving the extra difference to avoid this atrocity of a woman !!!!!

My wife accompanied me to this restaurant after work on a Thursday night and it was awful. We usually like this chain but in this instance the food was awful and the service even worse. Although at 8 p.m. the place was only had a handful of tables occupied, our waitress, Alyssa A, seemed intent on keeping everyone waiting. After we sat down and placed out order it took a good 20 minutes to get anything. When she finally brought our biscuits and salad, she had the orders for three tables on top of each other on one tray. Our biscuits and salad were drenched in Mai-Tai, she had placed the drink orders on top of all the appetizers on the tray and had spilled them. The bottoms of the biscuit baskets were on top of the salads and who knows where they had been before being jumbled together. The food itself was cold and poorly prepared. We waited over an hour for our main course and even after that it took 25 minutes to receive our bill. HORRIBLE place, stay away.

We took our sister here after she got off her airline flight, and it was horrible. The service was good but the food was bad. The first thing we noticed was the biscuits were very salty. Then we ordered crab legs and they were extremely salty. We asked the waiter about it at that point...and he said it was due to the season we ordered the crab legs. I knew that was false because we eat crab legs all year around and haven't ever had salty one. Snow crab is always sweet. I was sick to my stomach by the time we left from all the salt I ate in their food.

You can't go wrong with Red Lobster. If you are looking for some of the best and fresh seafood at a reasonable price in my area, I would highly recommend Red Lobster!

The food was ok. I'm not really into sea food a lot but it was good.

Great atmosphere to have a nice dinner with your loved ones. The service is excellent and the servers are very polite. For the idiot, that banged on the door like an idiot and said the service was terrible, you were treated as you deserved. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This is one of the best Red Lobsters we have visited. The food is alway well prepared and the service is exceptional.
