Park Place Bodywerks

Been working with Greg C for a couple of months now. Upon receiving the estimate from insurance I received a very unprofessional response and was asked to wait two weeks before bringing the vehicle in. When I finally brought the vehicle in Greg left for lunch without getting the vehicle in and without setting up a rental even though I told him when we were going to be there. The insurance and Greg could not come to an agreement even though the insurance company raised what they were offering to pay for repairs there was no budging from Par Place Body Werx. I now have to go through my insurance and pay my deductible on top of all the time lost due to their incompetence.

Worst Body Shop In Dallas.. Paul the Manager does not value clients. Do not do business with them, I brought a Maserati Gran Turismo and a 6 thousand dollar repair, they missed completion dates, mislead me and the advisor was almost imposssible to reach. When I spoke to the manager and asked for a 4 percent discount due to the issues he said I wasn't a good enough Park Place customer to merit a discount! I went to his boss with the genuine complaint and he never returned my call. This is not a good representation of Park Place. Service Bad, Uninterested Attitude , Repair Average at best.

My experience at Park Place BodyWerks may possibly be the worst car repair experience I've ever had. It also ranks as my #1 worst experience as a customer with any type of service facility. I am never recommending Park Place Bodywerks to any stranger, friend or anyone's worst enemy.
