Mrs. Redmon has been my therapist for both individual counseling and marriage counseling. She is AMAZING! She has a very comforting spirit. She is also extremely relatable. Her office is warm and inviting. She is very accessible for contact. She has reasonable appointment times. With her services I have seen a significant improvement personally and within my marriage. I can't speak enough praise to her practice. I have referred both family and friends seeking guidance. I can speak for myself and my husband, we feel very blessed to have found her.

I have been seeing Coach Abby for just over a year to help with significant anxiety issues I was having last year. I was looking for someone who would be able to understand issues having to do with the African-American life experience as well as issues having to do with faith/spirituality. I have been thrilled to learn that Coach Abby has such a multifaceted skill set when it comes to therapy as well as a fantastic perspective in terms of her openness to other people's stories and experiences. I have particularly appreciated her active listening--she gives me space to figure out challenges when that is the best fit but she also has given me so much great advice. I have been pleasantly surprised that she has not only provided me with great therapy, but also great life coaching. I am not certain that she advertises "life coaching" as a service or not but it naturally comes as an extension of who she is as a person. Very empathetic, and very kind. I will forever be grateful for this season of being able to work with Coach Abby. I highly recommend her.

Coach Abby Inc. has been apart of my life for roughly 10 years. She's walked me (and some family members) through transitions, postpartum depression, life management skills, and countless of other things. Though it's never long, the waiting process before the session is even therapeutic. I never hesitate to refer anyone that I come across to receive quality care. I've never felt rushed, unheard, misled, or as if I left without a true course of action. You can tell that her career is more than a paycheck. With her assistance, I am able to salvage family relationships; (mother/father and siblings) as needed, sustain and maintain a happy marriage well after the counseling and into the future. Ms. Robbie is a great listener. She has helped my fiancé and I to communicate better and develop strategies to solve conflicts on our own by helping us to truly understand each other more. We started doing relationship counseling with her and are now almost finished with premarital counseling sessions. She is very personable and trustworthy, and makes you feel comfortable. I have been going to Robbie for a few years and it has been an amazing experience. My first year I was single and going individually and it was a life changing experience that I Thank God for opening that door. I now am married and have went to her for pre-marital and post marital counseling and every session is a new eye opener and break through. The atmosphere is relaxing, calm and soothing and you never feel judged. She is very truthful but in a way that one can process, accept and gradually make your own personal change. Robbie is an exceptional therapist! My boyfriend and I went to see Robbie to discuss improving our overall communication with eachother. We addressed some complicated, deep-rooted issues. She is very thorough and experienced in navigating though complex topics. Among the many lessons covered, we learned how to listen to eachother effectively, we learned about our own personal triggers, we learned how to identify what was at the root of many of our disagreements, and we learned various techniques to use when communicating with eachother.
