ABSOLUTELY LOVE Park Cities Obedience School!! Our dog, Jackson, has a large personality... and loves people, but doesn't always get along with other dogs. We board Jackson here (have for over 2 years now) when we are out of town - maybe 4-7 times a year - and as soon as Jackson realizes I'm packing his bag to go he gets insanely excited.. and doesn't even acknowledge us when we drop him off because he is so excited to see the lovely staff at PCOS! He doesn't do well with the other dogs in daycare so they let him sit at the front desk during the days, and he LOVES it. It makes my husband and I so happy when we come to pick him up and he barely acknowledges us... it's obvious he's had a great time. This May we got married (wedding in North Carolina and honeymoon overseas) and Jackson stayed for almost two weeks, I was very concerned - but he was just fine! The suite allowed us to see him via camera and even talk to him...

YES!!!! I RECOMMEND PCOS.

We have had two dogs trained here within the past fifteen years with wonderful trainers. We have had good experiences with boarding and grooming too. Thank you PCOS! Marie T.

Terrible experience. Rude staff, dirty, smells bad and they refused to let me see where my dog would be kept.

Do not board your dog here. Park cities obedience school allows Riff's dog rescue to house their dogs at their facility. I adopted a puppy from Riff's rescue that they let run around in common areas with dogs being boarded. This puppy had blood in her stool and turned out to have parvo. She is now being hospitalized and may not survive. Park Cities Obedience School seems unconcerned with the fact that this puppy ran around with the dogs that were being boarded. I'm aware that you have to be up to date on shots to board your dog at this facility, but there is def a lack of cleanliness here. I saw with my own eyes the staff sweep up the bloody stool with a broom without sanitizing the area, then several dogs ran through it to their owners. Just disgusting.

I am extremely happy with the ...

I am extremely happy with the training and care my dog Charlie received during his 2 week training at PCOS. I am also very happy with the care he has been receiving at their Doggie Daycare in the 4 years since that training. I would recommend PCOS for training, boarding and day care.

Should be shut down

My friend took her 2 poodles in May for a two week course in obedience training. she received a call Max ran under a fence and ripped his back that they took him to a vet and he was sewn up and fine. The 10th of June she received an e-mail that a staff member took Zeus home and he died in her bed. 2 hrs later another e-mail that Zeus died in his crate.Upon arriving she took poor frozen Zeus a block away to their vet. He was shocked, he had no knowledge of Zeus dieing. but that morn had removed three tubes from Maxes neck where a very large dog almost ripped his head off. He advised a complete autopsy after he saw e-mails and told her go get Max now. On her return they even showed her the fence. She finally told them enough -I talked to the vet. and he said Zeus was frozen longer than 2 days. The autopsy will be in in 2 weeks! I wonder how this nightmare happens to 2 pets.recieved some news on june 12 Zeus did not die from natural organ failure.more results are due in a week

Extremely Rude People

We tried to adopt a pet through these people, and not only did they deny our application because "their dogs need someone to stay home with them all day", but they were EXTREMELY rude about it. They even went so far as to say that we did not take good care of the animals we do have. I would absolutely NOT reccommend doing business with people who are so judgemental and blatantly offensive.
