        In the Alpha Omega Yoga Teacher Training course you will discover a wealth of ancient yoga teachings, and how to apply these teachings in everyday life. The course will provide you with a deeper spiritual knowledge and introduce you to yogic tools on a therapeutic level. You will learn the two sister sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda and why they work together.                                                                  We are committed to facilitating the student's journey of self discovery in a safe and nurturing environment, and to promote self awareness through the time honored teachings of the ancient yoga practices. Chidanandi Sheri Cherokee, Founder and Director of Alpha-Omega Yoga, has been practicing yoga for 39 years and teaching for 29 years. She has continually further her education in many areas related to the yoga way of life. Chidanandi Sheri is a registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 500), holds a Bachelor degree in Body Science, two degrees in Herbal Medicine, and Masters in Business Administration. In addition, Chidanandi Sheri holds three certifications in Ayurveda and travels to India annually to further advance her understanding of the ancient practice of yoga. She is experienced in a wide variety of yoga styles, such as, Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Tantric/Kundalini Yoga, Vinyasa Style Yoga, Mantra Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, and the Yoga Sutras. Practicing yoga has brought Chidanadi Sheri so much joy and it is her mission to inspire, encourage, and improve the lives of those who would like to embark on the path to better health and spiritual awareness.

        This is one of the best traini...

        This is one of the best trainings ever! Sheri Cherokee delivers an authentic yoga training from India. She lives the life of a yogini and set the example for others to follow. After the training I was able to teach many different styles of yoga, which made me more marketable. Out of all the yoga teacher training in Dallas I have to say I was very blessed to take form Alpha Omega Yoga.
