SOS Computer & Smartphone Repair

One week after buying my new iPhone, I dropped it on our kitchen floor and it stopped working. I went to our Verizon office to see what could be done. Nothing of course because I didn't opt for insurance. Verizon recommended that we go so SOS Computers, right down the street. Walking in and seeing the place, I thought for sure it would cost be a fortune and take forever to fix my broken baby. We were delighted when the young man at the desk expertly looked over our phone and said that it was an easy fix. Long story short, a half hour later and for $50 I had my baby back and it looked brand new (which it was). Many thanks to these people and I will be back, although I hope not too soon :)

Super place My daughter cracked her iPhone right in front of their store. The lady runs out and hands my daughter a $25 off the repair! Obviously we used it right-a-way.

Do business with this outfit at your own risk. Get clarification on every step they did working on your computer and what replacement equipment they installed in your computer, including the replacement equipment manufactured date. They twist words to lead you on to thinking you are buying something new when it is actually used, old and used and charges new prices.

Good, honest, local people. Been around forever and has a fine reputation.

Came on a business trip and on the first day my computer broke down. The company I came to see recommend SOS computers so I dropped off my laptop at their store. Later that day they called me to say that my laptop was ready. Not only did they fix and clean it but I swear it has never run so quickly. My only regret is that they don't also have a store in my home town of Denver!‎
