Potter Oil & Tire Company

The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They only did half of the deliveries I set up/ordered, then when I tried setting up new deliveries because my crew had no fuel for 5 days, they blamed me for not being "on site during reasonable working hours" because they went by the project at 7am, when I ordered the fuel at 9am that day...

Before we ever started with the project, we filled out their credit application a month before our first project in the area, and when that started they still had not approved or set up the credit app. 3 months after sending them the credit app, they still had not set up the account and would only charge our credit card!

This company has no one professional or hospitable running their company. After asking to speak to a manager because there has been so many issues and confusion with them, the manager was defensive and attacking and couldn’t even tell me when a driver would make it to our project. When I asked “in an hour” his response was “I don’t know, maybe.” He is the same one who said it was our fault we didn’t get fuel because the driver already went out there to fuel other companies on the project and he never called our on-site contact or us.

We will be bringing our own tanks to a gas station from now on when we are in the area.
