        Overall

        I use my computer everyday for work and it suddenly would not boot up. I knew the hard drive was failing and I needed it fixed fast. I took it to Computer Doctor and they were able to clone it to a new one and I was back up and running with zero data loss. It was if nothing ever happened.



        I personally found the staff to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and polite. Their prices are very reasonable and they worked hard to help me trim the costs via various options.



        When I found out they also do iPhone repair, I took my two broke-screen iPhones with me when I picked up my laptop. They were both fixed in about an hour while I waited.



        Conclusion: Great Service, Certified Professionals and Reasonable Prices.

        Overall

        If you are thinking about getting your device fix, do not come here. These people are rude and disrespectful. They have no customer service whatsoever. The vibe is totally uncomfortable and unwelcome. And lastly.. I feel attacked and looked down at by these people here. Go elsewhere cos I highly do not recommend this shop.
