Simple Solutions of Nc

I took my phone there to get repaired, the had it for at least a month. I had to go and see them to find out what was going on. When I got there I spoke with the young lady and she told me that the item that I needed came in broken and they had to return it for another. It took another two weeks for them to call me to say that the item still had not come in. When the item finally came in it still did not work right. They wanted me to pay for the item and not the labor but my phone still was not working right. They did however lead me to ebay to get another phone. I will not recommended this business to anyone. Go at your own risk.

These folks KNOW their business and care about their customers! I have used them for years and will continue to do so. I highly recommend them for getting the job done with patience and quality!
