        I hired JP architects to address some porch violations in administrative court. They drew up the plans for the repair, which we followed, and with some resistance came out to check. When we failed the inspection because allegedly we had not followed the plans, Jose became impossible to contact (I had paid him) the inspection department told us we needed to schedule a reinspection and have the architect there, but Jose did not return phone calls, texts or emails. He got his $1800 and ran.
