        Overall

        Ugh! the worst post office around! They received a Priority envelope from Florida, a card my mother in law sent for my husband, and they claim the address with illegible so they pass it on to the Dead Letter Office and it gets destroyed! Incompetent Idiots could have just looked up the tracking number to see it was suppose to come to our address. It was sent PRIORITY! So dumb! It really upset my mother in law. I wish I could give them NO stars...

        Overall

        I would give the Prescott (Miller Road) Branch of USPS a five star plus rating for their service, friendliness and attitude. I had a request that I had previously taken care of on line and could not follow up. I called them, and both employees had that "I can do that" attitude and were happy to help!
