Received poor quality roses with a saisfaction guarantee and the delivery driver was an absolute nightmare. Had flowers delivered to my house July 24 they were in poor condition when he delivered them, stems were floppy and petals were missing and damaged. I called to complain and the guy on the phone was exceptionally rude when he told me the office was closed. I called in the morning and the lady seemed genuinely sorry and offered a replacement to be delivered that day...the replacement was just delivered @4:30pm July 25 and they were even worse than the bouquet before! I don't expect perfection but you couldn't at least make them look presentable?! There are dead and damaged petals everywhere! I called at 4:43pm after taking pictures of the roses and the guy who delieved them was again very rude and said he would be out to retrieve the flowers and refund them to my boyfriend. The guy arrived at my house and did not even say hi just said "I've never had anyone complain about flowers this much!" Appalled I tried to show him the roses which were damaged and he says "are you serious? You're complaining about that give me a break!" not even giving me time to show him the various other flaws. That guy has to be the worst person I've ever met. They claimed to have refunded my boyfriend his money but what do I get from all this? Crying because I was treated so horribly when the flowers had a 100% satisfaction guarantee and no no flowers at all which were supposed to be my birthday present. So they not only inflicted emotional damage but also ruined my birthday without even an apology. This is absolutely horrendous service!

I called last minute for an Easter Delivery, the phone was answered immediately by a real person. She was courteous and helpful and told me no problem with my delivery. I'll use this business again.

I needed an arrangement for my cousin's funeral but forgot to call and order earlier in the day so they would be there in plenty of time. The folks at Amedeo's were awesome they took my order close to their closing time made a beautiful arrangement and delivered before the showing.Great JOB!!!!Thanks,Gary Helton
