7-Eleven

I have been faithful 7-11 store customer for the last 30 years. and for the last 14 years since I moved to Troutdale, my family and I have been good paid customers of the Kane street Store. I and my sons bought everything that i need quick such as coffee, cigarettes, slurpees and hot dogs,etc. Today July 31, 08, at 2:30 pm I need to buy some hot dogs for my sons from 7-11 at kane st in Gresham. I totd the cashier (caucasian woman about 50 years old) that I need 2 hot dogs the one for $1.99, and another one for $1.79, a midium big gulp and I got two maple bars with me at the register. The cashier turned to another employees and said I do not know which hot dog i bought, so she can puch in to the register. I paid more than $5.00 before the cashier packed the two hot dogs for me. i took the hot dog to the back to get some cheese and Chili, and the drink, I found out that one of the hot dog I got was the smallest one (cost $1.39) I went back to the counter and told the lady that i got different hot dog from what I paid for. She seems to be mad and turned to another employee. The employee who was there told her that hot dog ($1.79) is not ready yet. Ignoring what the other employee said, the cashier went ahead and grap my returned hot dog and tossed it to the garbage can very fast and packed me the right hot dog (may not be ready).



This is the first time I experienced this kind of treatement for your cashier. All i want is her supervisor talked to her bout being to customers, regardless of how she spent her day so far. As long as she stands at the counter dealing with customers, she need to courteous at all time.
