Troy Grooming

My dog loves Angela and all the workers! Roscoe has being going here for over 10 years. My previous dog Lacey went there for about 8 years and during her senior years until the end they took very good care of her. I have recommended them to friends with animals and they still go there. I would and have highly recommend Troy Grooming. ALL the employees are friendly and the place is always clean!

EXCELLENT!!! I have been bringing my fearful cat here for years. They do a great job! She always looks great and never had any problems. I highly recommend this business.

PLEASE Stay Away For Your Dog's Sake!!

I have never left a negative review, but I have to in this case. Please, take your dog somewhere else unless you can WATCH these women. The owner (daughter of the former owner) took my sweet Maisy in her private room to groom her. The door was shut and the blinds closed when I came back to check on her. After 15 minutes I asked to see her. It would be another 15 minutes before I could. She cut her ear and was trying to stop the bleeding. She blamed my dog for moving!! When I took her to the vet we noticed the other ear was cut as well. :(

My dog Moose had his hair cut at another large chain grooming salon and looked terrible. I took my him to Angela at Darlene's and he looked and smelled great!! We have been going to Angela for 5 years now and I tell all my veterinary clients to go to Angela. She does an awesome job and Moose loves to get his hair cut because he loves everyone at Darlene's!! You won't be disappointed if you ask for Angela!!

Bad service, owner has bad attitiude, does not know how to keep customers! RUDE!!!!

Neighbors and I have stopped coming here-charges change at drop of a hat-but don't dare ask why.

This is what they want: pick up your dog and don't ask questions even though you are a paying customer.

My dog sometimes has hair cut and other times not-they don't listen and don't do as you ask.

Always does an amazing job. The dog is always clean and smells nice. I noticed that someone else said that her dog was difficult...well duh if the dog is bad and bitting everyone what would you expect if the dog "was not finished." In any case we love this place and started going here after our other dog groomers did a horrible job!

I have a difficult dog myself and they were actually the only place I have taken him to and they could groom him. He looked great! They told me he was very timid at first and was good by the end, I will definitely go back.

Dog was returned unfinished with the explaination he was difficult. When I expressed my disappointment I was told that was the best they could do.I have used other groomers in the past in the same area that charged less and did a superior job. If you care for your pet look elsewhere.
