        respect for the apointment time

        I can't write to their results but I can let you know that your time will not be respected in a professional manner. Maybe it's me but I can not stand like being treated like a number and especially since it was my little girl. So get ready to wait it the lobby past your appointment and then watch them jump from your kid, to another, to another, to another before they get back to you.
