Totally unprofessional! Just called to verify employment for a rental applicant who listed them as their employer. They acted like they had no idea how to do such a thing, gave very unprofessional guesses for answers, then out-right hung up on me! Will NEVER support a business who acts this way!

I love getting my hair cut and highlighted here. I would consider myself very picky when it comes to my hair. The staff Here are friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. I would say it is the best salon in the area as I have tried many and have been a client here for about 3 years now.

I just was just recently blessed by Sylvia! She does hair color @ Premier Cuts and is AMAZING!! I have never dyed, streaked, highlighted, frosted or done anything like it to my hair EVER. I have "virgin" hair. Not only that, it's fine, but there's a lot of it. Being slightly nervous about it, I told her that I wanted something noticeably subtle. I wanted people to look and think "Hmm..what did you do to your hair?" not "OMG, what did you do to your hair?!?!?" (Yes, I really told her that.) She recommended a mocha line of highlights which intertwined dark reds and a touch of copper with my already dark dark brown hair BEAUTIFULLY! She suggested only a partial first to see if I like it and if I did, I could always get a full highlight. One week later, I was back in her chair getting the full highlights. I love it!! Not only that, she told me to come in anytime for a conditioning masque if it seemed my hair was drying out a little from all the WONDERFUL hard water we have around here. She is absolutely wonderful and the drive from Waco is well worth it!! If you want gorgeous highlights or hair color for a GREAT price (40 bucks for highlights?? OMG!!), go see Sylvia. You won't be disappointed!!

My husband and I have been going to Premier Cuts and must say we have been really impressed. Well last week I took my 4 year old son with me while my hubby went grocery shopping and he saw their airplane chair for children to sit in and get a haircut. Well he ended up getting a haircut as well and loved it. Not only that they gave him a sucker and a balloon! And it was only $10.95! He normally cries and can be kinda embarrassing in front of others. However they have a separate room that the plane is in so if you do have a child that cries, it's at least in a separate room! I just cant believe there are not more great reviews about this salon! Keep it up Premier Cuts!

STAY AWAY!! onece one of the cutters they had hired messed up my hair and the manager fixed it. So when i saw the manager their today I was so happy figured I would get a good haircut. She suggested a cut that would go better than the one I wanted but was almost the same and I said yes . when I complained that the sides were uneven she said" whats wrong that is the cut you wanted" no it was to short and uneven By the way they made me give them a one star I wanted no stars. Save your money and pay for a professional

Ask for Margie, she's a great hair dresser and always has great attitude. I love the way she does mine and my childrens hair. Which i recently got done again and went short this time and she made my hair to fit the shape of my face. I absolutly love it! She always thinks of my children and I when she recommends hair products. Especially, since my daughter and I have very thick curly hair. Our hair always looks fabulous. Also, my boys love the fades and different hair styles that she gives them. They love to get the latest styles done to their hair. They love how she keeps in touch with the latest styles especially for the pre-teens. Just recently she cut my 3yr. old's hair for the very first time it was nice and short and she made him look older in the face because he had a big boy's hair cut. He loves her to death and says no one can touch his hair but Margie. She is the greatest and a big asset to Premier Cuts.
