        Overall

        The MOST COSTLY MISTAKE. Over charges insurance is 3x more expensive than other providers in the area. Poor staff service. Neglected to make me aware of exactly what I was ordering. Contact lenses dangerously INCORRECT. Blurred night vision.Total charges OVER 1000.00. with Insurance. 360.00 OUT of pocket. There are much better options, Please avoid this, look at other offices. I am reporting this business to the BBB, my insurance company and the state of Arkansas consumer protection bureau. I am available for comment and can provide my billing statement.

        Great eye exam! Love my new glasses and contacts. Dr. Waggoner is so friendly and caring. I've never had such a thorough exam. Will recommend Focused Family Wyecare to all lmy family and friends!
