This is a good neighborhood shop with all that you would expect from a barber shop in the mid town community. Skilled cutters, sports, music and brothers talking stuff. More of an institution in the area, I believe it to be the best shop in New york. Though there are several with skilled barbers, Robert is probably the one you can bring your kids or your wife to without being exposed to too much "realness".

I love this place. Im a 29 year old female, Ive been going here for about 2 years now. My husband loves it as well. Weve both had several different stylists over the years - but theyve all been knowledgeable, helpful, AND skillful. I recently made a HUGE change and went for a very dramatic cut. The young lady understood what I wanted and executed it beautifully. I have since been back for trims and even a bit of an update and although several different people have helped me, theyve all done a great job. I think it is very reliable for a $16 haircut. Best deal in town...‎

Very nice shop, very clean and courteous staff. Sky was excellent and professional. Give them a try. I was extremely satisfied and will return. Very easy access and a lot of parking.

My 3 kids all go here as the prices are fair and the place is real kid friendly. The workers here are all real patient with alot of the wild kids who are usually there. Its usually pretty bust. Clean well lit modern overall pretty nice

My Sexy Has Been Preserved: I recently moved to the New york area from Jersey and I was extremely nervous about finding a new barber. Im used to Domicans cutting me up at least twice a week and the lack of a latino community in NJ had me worried. So I went out on a limb and tried Premium barber shop . Not only was my barber good he was from Jersey and probably the only papi in the entire state of NY ...lol... Ive heard horror stories about alot of the shops in the area but I definately had a good experience ... Thanks Lou for making my transition easy .
