Jennifer Paris - State Farm Insurance Agent

Extremely pleased with State Farm. Kris Winn is our representative and we could not ask for anyone better. We are so glad we switch to State Farm, the entire agency is great.

I can't say enough good things about Jennifer Paris and her staff! I always feel well taken care of, and I have never had a problem dealing with any issues over the past fifteen, or so, years. Fantastic customer service, and that extra personal touch, are just two of the reasons I continue to patronize Jennifer Paris and State Farm

I am currently switching agencies after being a client of Jennifer's for many years. State Farm loves the "discount double check" line but I've now gotten burned too many times on my bill. The only check they do is when we proactively contact them and find ourselves surprised to find a discount missing.

My biggest issue came when we found our home owners insurance deductible tripled but our premium stayed the same. Unfortunately, we learned this while filing a claim after hail damage occurred on our roof. When I asked how we were notified I learned the change in deductible cost was buried on page 20 of a 22 page coverage notice--not cool.

When comparing insurance costs I've found our State Farm rates were +$1000 more per year for us than all competitors we looked at--a painful discovery.

Jennifer is a nice enough person to work with and State Farm does a good job helping out when problems occur, but that can't make up for the thousands of dollars State Farm has cost us.
