Researching for a reputable pool builder online has been a challenge. There are so many companies that claim to be #1 for pool construction in DFW. It took more than a few weeks to call around and speak with the construction and design consultants at many companies to get a feel for who I could see myself working with for such a large expensive project. Blue Science has displayed to me the highest level and knowledge, creativity, respect, and a genuine desire to win over my hard earned dollars. They want to make customers happy and it shows.

Blue Science has showed great expertise and patient in helping me plan and design my new swimming pool. They provide pool service for my neighbor's swimming pool and so when I was informed that they are also providing remodeling and pool construction services I knew who to call. I wanted my custom pool build to be unique yet have a builder who isn't afraid to gently push me away from ideas that I might regret at a later date. I am thankful for their tactful professionalism.

I've been using Blue Science for weekly pool service since 2014 and they have only continued to refine their services and exceed my expectations of a service company again and again. They care about my pool like they own it. I'm currently in talks with their pool building and remodeling consultations to do some major improvements to my pool. What other company would I want for construction than the one that has taken such good care of me these years.

Blue Science has the best customer service from any pool service that I have experienced. They are reliable and if you have any hiccups in service they make sure everything is taken care of promptly and professionally. Our new pool tech, Taylor Turner has been excellent! He is extremely thorough in his cleanings and leaves our pool sparkling blue each week! He has consistently showed up on his scheduled cleaning days and sends us a text when he has completed the job. He is courteous, professional and reliable. We couldn't have asked for a better tech than Taylor!

I never felt like a second class person and let me explain. I am have an account with this company. I even during the winter times have not down graded ,my service. during the winter times. Thinking I am a good customer. Not! Numerous times I have been pushed off to be done to another day and yet the other day THEY STILL DO NOT SHOW UP. It is 830 in the evening and we still have no service. They did a great job before. But when we were assigned a new technician the were service went to zero. Since we moved into our home in Flower Mound, we have been using Blue Science Pool Service. Imran is our pool guy and he does a great job. He always takes enough time to make sure the pool looks amazing before he leaves. He not only represents his company well, he takes a personal interest in making sure we are happy. He even communicates with us via text if he is going to be delayed in getting to us.

We have been using the Blue Science team since 2010 to service our home pool and have been more than pleased with their knowledge, communication, and quality of workmanship. We have three dogs and the pool techs are always so careful to shut the back gate after they leave so that our pets are safe. Nick is our tech now and he would text me if he noticed any problems with the pool and give us reminders about filling the pool when he noticed water level is starting to recede. Extra efforts like that is why this company stands out from the rest.

Absolutely fantastic service. I used to do the work on my pool, and it just slipped away from me. It took a me couple of tries (on my own to clean it) early in the summer, and since they took over the care and feeding of my pool - its been perfect! No burning eyes, no chemicals rusting my storage, no needing to go to the pool store to test my water and get the best balance, and best of all - NO ALGAE!!!! The communications and personal service are top notch. They talk to me weekly about the service and recommend any "fixes" i might need with the age of my pool. Always an excellent service with them, and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

One of my colleagues introduced me to Blue Science and for over the past several months Blue Science has provided and continue providing their great services with very knowledgeable and quality work from technician (Service Tech: Aaron) and very responsive in all email requests (Customer Service Manager: Zach). I am very happy and satisfied with all the works from Blue Science. I highly recommend Blue Science Company to anyone that may need pool services. Once again thank you for all the great services!

I have to begin this review by saying that it has been a long time since I've been as impressed with a company and its personnel as I have been with Blue Science. Background that you need to know -- It is May in Dallas and the height of “pool start up” time. Our pool pump went out on a Monday evening, 28 days after remodeling work was completed on the pool and we were still working on getting the chemicals balanced. The day the pump failed, we discovered that we needed a chemical added to prevent some real issues with the new interior and it's a bit difficult to do that without the pump. I called Blue Science Tuesday Morning to see if they could help to us immediately. Sara was very professional and worked us into the schedule for a service call on Thursday with repairs scheduled for Friday. I was a bit frantic about having to wait that long, but it is a very busy time of the year and I understood her situation. About an hour after we talked, Sara called back and told me they were also concerned about our situation and she had worked us into the schedule for service on Wednesday with repairs scheduled for Thursday! Somehow my credit card number got written down wrong. I was away from phones most of the morning, but Blue Science called several times trying to get the correct credit card number. Again, I was impressed with their persistence and concern about our situation. When the technician came to access our situation, he was professional and courteous. I believe it was within the hour that I received the quote for repairs along with a call confirming that I had received the quote and asking if I had any questions. I was not home when the technician doing our repairs arrived, but the work was done when it was scheduled and everything seems to be working fine. The day after our repair work, I received another call from Blue Science asking if everything was working and if I had any questions. I also contracted with Blue Science for weekly pool cleaning services. They scheduled us right after the repairs were completed so they could assess the situation. Again, the technician was prompt, knowledgeable and answered my questions. Like everyone else, I wanted our pool cleaned on Thursday or Friday if possible. The technician could not work us in on those days, but was able to schedule our weekly service for another day I requested. I am astonished with the excellent service, attitude, assistance and overall concern the Blue Science team has for their customers. It is certainly a nice experience in a day and time when it seems that many organizations have forgotten what service is all about!! I look forward to a long relationship with the Blue Science team.

Had this company service my salt water pool for 3 months. They didn't show up to work for 3 weeks. Had to fight them to get credits for the weeks nobody showed up. They didn't leave a service card the first 2 months. I paid for the premium service, 75% of the time they did't clean the pool, only added chemicals. I fired them. I hired a local guy, and I have had to spend close to $600 fighting the effects of the neglect from Blue Science. They let algae grow, even though they have an "algae free" guarantee with the premium service, to the extent that I may have to drain my pool to scrub the algae build up if the expensive chemicals don't take care of it. They let calcium build up in my salt dispenser to where I may also have to buy a new one. This company is terrible. Run away from them.

Great service! We really appreicate the hard work that the guys with Blue Science have done. After trying another pool company in Plano we are thrilled that we switched. We love coming home to our pool now after it is cleaned.
