        Overall

        The owner of this company, Floyd, told me this in November:
        “I don’t care how long it takes to finish your house; I don’t care if it takes another year”

        I hired this company to rebuild after a house fire on March 4th 2017. This company has been condescending, rude and disrespectful. They have failed to relay important information to subcontractors and have arbitrarily decided on changes when what they promised me was inconvenient (without telling me).

        Floyd has threatened to stop working several times. Work is constantly left unfinished. Some burnt/charred/crumbling areas have been simply painted over until I’ve sent pictures holding crumbed portions I’ve easily removed by hand.

        This company is still not completed with my family’s home. I don’t know what motivates them but it is not helping Arizona families and residents.
