It's great to have a business you can trust. He gave us sound advice a few years back about how softeners are overused and cause many service calls and other ways to make our machines last longer. Our 11year old front loader appeared headed for a significant repair. Instead of coming out to collect a fee for what he could diagnose by phone, he gave me a rough minimum cost so I could decide it was best to replace it. I TRUST THIS GUY!

troubleshoot the problem. He fixed it!!! He also took the time to give me suggestions on keeping them in working order and how to get a longer life out of the appliances!

We had a terrible time setting up an appointment using the Sears website. Twice they didn't even call or show up after we setup appointments.



We called Flory's Appliance and he was out the same day and the total price was the same as just the Sears service call alone.

We hired this service based on the good reviews and we weren't disappointed . He got the job done , showed up on time , figured out the issue , ordered the part and 2 days later the dishwasher was working again.

Absolutely knew what he was doing! Fixed our refrigerator in only half and hour! Came on time and explained what he was doing while he was doing it and how to prevent that particular problem in the future. Cleaned everything before he left...nice guy.

Does a great job, good prices, showed up on time, does all home appliance repairs. This was my first time of using his services, will definitely use him again if the need arises. Only took 30 minutes to repair fridge, so knows what he is doing and doesn't waste time trying to up the bill on labor costs. Been in business a long time, and it is obvious by his professional attitude. Highly recommend him.
