Definition Salon and Spa

I have been going to Definition's for several years and have always received incredible service! The staff is so friendly and talented, I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so. If you are looking for great service, talented stylists and a relaxing environment, look no further!

I went into have my hair colored and the girl (Allie)

Was trash talking with another employee about another girl that does massages

I was very disappointed

I didn't get what I wanted and she kept cutting in my hair after I asked her to stop

The price for my service was very outrageous

I called a few days after to cancel my next appointment and she kept calling me to reschedule

I told her I would call when I was ready

She was pushy and very unprofessional

I won't go back or recommend this salon for this reason

I want to get my hair done in peace and not have to listen to them trash talk other employees
