This company is awesome!!!!!! They came out within a couple hours of my initial call and had a diagnosis within an hour. Everything was explained very well from what the issue was and the cost to fix it. The lady in the office was very polite and helpful. The technician Nick was very knowledgeable and got right to work solving my issue. Would recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.

Mid-Cities will work with you on scheduling and they keep the equipment in excellent condition. I have a small window of time for scheduling to get equipment checked or repaired and they will work with your schedule and they are there when scheduled or let you know if the timing is going to change.

Mid cities AC and heat has the best custormer service. They are always on time and call before they get to your house. They take the time to explain what is going on with your unit and what needs to be done. This is the first time with mid cities and would refer them to any one that thens work on their unit. There prices seem very reasonable. Will call the again.

If you want honesty and exceptional service, this is the company. No high pressure, everything explaind fully before work is started, you get what you are expecting....... work crew is courteous and efficient. They leave no mess, disturb nothing and even offered to paint a small scratch that happened during installation. Followup was just as good.... the system after being installed was checked for spring/summer at no cost.

I received better service than I ever expected when my air went out on a hot Saturday afternoon in July. It would have been a miserable weekend without such wonderful employees at this company. I had hoped that I could find somone to come out on short notice, but didn't think it would be running cold air in four hours from when I called. I will call them the next time I have a problem with my air conditioning. They are very professional and care about getting the job done. Even the tech that came out told me about what a great company it is. That really said something to me.
