Classy Nails

Horrible business! I got a full set put on and she didn't even bother with the cuticles, the tips were falling off before she even put the acrylic on, and overall did a horrible job. I will not be coming back here.

I give them one star only because I have to. My friend and I decided to treat ourselves to pedicures and manicures. We went to the salon and they had us pick out the colors and then had us go to the pedi chairs. My water was ice cold and my friends was too hot to even touch. We tried for an adjustment but all I got was three seconds of warm water and that was it. we waited in the chairs for 30 minutes before anyone even spoke to us, which was made tolerable by the massage back on the chair. When they did get to us we got all of a 10 minute pedi, they didn't even get the calluses off my feet. My friends pedi resulted in an infection on her nail bed two days later. Now for the manicure, which was absolutely the worst I've ever had. First of all, I asked for typical pink and white, short acrylics, but I wanted white glitter powder instead of regular white. Not only did they skip the cuticle care and other pre-acrylic nail care, but they didn't even do what I asked for. I got white tips haphazardly glued to my nails, and clear acrylic put over the top of them. The man refused to make them as short as i wanted, and the white tips weren't even glued all the way onto my nails, and they didn't shape or buff them properly, just made them smooth and put a clear coat over them. Not even one of them was all the way on my nail. They started lifting up at work that very night. The next day I went in to ask for them to be fixed because food and water and dirt were accumulating under the acrylic where it wasn't attached to my nails. They first told me they could just glue them and I said that I wanted them all soaked off and replaced properly, and she told me it would. Ost another full set. I went somewhere else instead because if I'm going to be spending another $45 I would have rather given my business elsewhere. I thought it was fascinating that they charged me $70 all together for the mani/pedi and then wanted to charge me another $45 to fix the job they messed up the first time. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon.
