Fantastic experience with Michael and TNT Roofing. Before I talked price with anyone, Michael exhibited the most knowledge and was the most forthcoming about what to expect with the process of replacing the roof of a manufactured home in a mobile home park. Other bidders had no idea about the special circumstances with a mobile home, and the fact that inspections are performed by a different government agency than would be the case with a conventional house. Michael was able to refer me to three other people living in my community who had used his company for their roof work. He didn't do another thing many other bidders did, which was to warn me about what they MIGHT find once the roof was off and all the extra costs that could mount up if there was water damage, damage to insulation, on and on. It almost felt like they were preparing me for project costs to balloon midstream. Michael didn't pretend that there wouldn't be SOME of that, but he didn't make it sound like the price might double or triple; he told me what it would cost to replace infrastructure per square foot--it was no big deal, a minor amount compared to the overall project. Then, after all that, his bid came in significantly lower than most others. He was great about communicating during the project and I always knew where we were in the process and what to expect next. His workers were courteous and considerate, and left no mess behind. Inspections went off without a hitch. The inspector told me TNT had done a great job.

I had a 26 year old shake roof and it was time to convert to a comp roof. TNT started on my roof this morning. The tear off crew was done in less than two hours, including all the clean up around the house. The three roofers arrived within fifteen minutes of the tear off crew being done. After they inspected the roof I was shown the minimal wood damage. As soon as they finished repairing the damaged wood the supplies arrived. The plywood an felt were done by 2:30pm. What a professional job they are doing. Tomorrow they do the vents and install the 40 year comp and I have no doubt it will be done perfectly. There prices were the best and so is the quality of their work.

I have a house in San Jose that was damaged during the wind storm. I called TNT ROOFING on a Sunday and they were at my house within an hour. They installed a tarp as a temporary repair. Their estimate to replace my roof, was very reasonable. They provided several choices and I decided on the Presidential T/L. Wow, does my new roof look great! They did a wonderful job. The crew was friendly, courteous and clean!
