All of our trainers are held to the highest standards. Each is certified by NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, the same qualification standard set by every major professional sport in the country. The primary goal of our professionals is to improve movement pattern efficiency in athletes of any skill level. From the beginning, our professionals design and guide each training program based on an athletic needs analysis. The program equips the athlete with the fundamentals necessary to excel in their sport and prevent injury.

        This is the top gym in Seattle...

        This is the top gym in Seattle. I use the pool and weights. This isn't the meat market that so many gyms are. Always well maintained and clean.
