        This studio is zen central. The instructors are friendly and accommodating, and they have classes for all levels. It's my happy place for finding my inner peace

        I have never found a yoga studio where I felt comfortable before this one. The teachers are really inviting and excepting and I have enjoyed so many different classes there.

        I love this yoga studio. A great, positive environment and classes that will wear you out and rejuvenate at the same time. Note that classes here are set to music and flow quickly without a lot of step-by-step instruction so they are not the best place to start your yoga journey. They are also not about quiet tranquility. However, if you want an entertaining, upbeat class that moves quickly and will really challenge you, this a great place. You may want to water and a towel btw! Expect lots of sweating even if this isn't a hot yoga studio.

        Great unpretentious yoga studio that welcomes all levels to all classes. You choose your class according to how hard you want to work and how high or low impact you need. The teachers are great and they offer a lot of classes to fit into different schedules. The music is often loud and the classes can be unconventional - but I think this is great!
