She's the best. The perfect combination of smart, professional and compassionate. I couldn't be more satisfied with the result of my divorce and custody case.

I never met her but her secretary was terrible. I arrived 10-15 minutes early for my consultation appointment. Her secretary just said have a seat she will be out shortly. 45 minutes passed and I asked her secretary how much longer and she said do you want to reschedule. I said no this is a big inconvenience because I took off work to be here, she then said “well Hun I don’t know what to tell you, she had an emergency.” I then asked her why didn’t she explain that to me or inform me that Ms. Barnett was running behind. She processed to say again “I don’t know what to tell you but you can wait or reschedule it’s up to you, I then said I will have to see a day that will work with my job schedule; the secretary then said “we all work Hun” . So I waited over an hour for nothing, as I was leaving I still didn’t see Ms. Barnett. I was very disappointed with the customer service and especially since Ms. Barnett didn't once apologize or come out of her office. It was horrible customer service. I will never go back or recommend anyone to her.
