This store has a decent selection of product. They have the worst service I have experienced. I spent a lot of money in their store and they were quick to help when I was shopping. Since then the service has been non responsive. I have a brand new dishwasher that has never worked and I am having the most difficult time getting anyone to come and look at it. I have been to the store once, for them to tell me to call the number on my sales receipt, for them to tell me I had to call the store. The store says they will have someone contact me and it has been over a month that I have been trying to get someone to come and look at it. Meanwhile there is standing water sitting in my dishwasher that doesn't work and I cant get a response. Horrible service!!!!

Had to quickly replace our Bosch dishwasher - had a great experience with Devon, the sales rep who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Price negotiation was fair as well. I agree with previous review regarding the store hours - would have liked to have more flexibility. The outstanding service made up for any inconvenience. We'll be back for the next appliance!

This is a great place to buy kitchen appliances. They are willing to negotiate on price, so they are able to beat competitors. Just wish they had better hours.

We got a new stove top and double oven. The salesman was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything I didn't want/need.

Great place to shop for home appliances. They are a little pricey but have a great selection from basics to high end built ins.
