I am 54 years old and wear tri-focals. If you don't know, that is 3 prescriptions in each lens. I just picked up new glasses and could not be more satisfied with any part of the service. It is complete, and professional while retaining a customer service attitude I have not seen anywhere in decades. The eye Doctor actually came in and did an exam, and then sat down and discussed my personal needs in glasses. There was no rushing through and I got to ask any question of the Doctor and he answered in depth. When I picked up the glasses, I was sat down and fitted by an Optometrist with the most wonderful attitude who refused to let me leave until I was absolutely satisfied and sure I could see as well as I thought I should be able to. Then told me I could stop in for adjustments or frame service anytime the door was unlocked, no appointment needed! As long as I live in the Akron area I will be going to this place for eye care, you can bet on that.
